Shipping policy

All hat orders will be processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days for US addresses. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping. International shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We pack hats carefully to avoid crushing, but delivery delays may happen due to carrier issues. Please double-check your shipping address. We are not liable for lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
